Terms of Service

1. Booking and Retainers

A 50% non-refundable retainer and a signed agreement are required to secure your date. Dates are not reserved until both the retainer clears and the invoice is signed. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the start of the shoot.

2. Revisions and Post-Production

All standard video packages include one (1) round of client revisions. Additional revisions, re-cuts, or alternative color grading inside DaVinci Resolve will be billed at an hourly rate of $25.00/hour. Standard delivery timelines are 1 to 2 weeks unless the Rush Delivery add-on is purchased.

3. Raw Footage and Copyright

USI-VISION LLC retains full copyright ownership of all captured media. Clients are granted a perpetual license to use, distribute, and monetize the final delivered edits. Unedited Sony A7V 4K log files and RAW photographs are not provided standard. A Raw Footage Release add-on must be purchased separately if the client wishes to obtain unedited archival files.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If a client cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled shoot, the retainer is forfeit. Rescheduling is permitted once without penalty if requested at least 5 days prior to the original date.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Atlanta, Fulton County.
