1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information when you submit an inquiry, including your name, artist handle, email address, and project details. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe; USI-VISION LLC does not store or process your full credit card information on our servers.

2. Explicit / NSFW Data Retention

For clients booking 18+ Private Photography or NSFW Sessions, absolute privacy is guaranteed. Valid government-issued ID must be presented prior to shooting strictly for age verification and is never photographed or stored.

All RAW files from intimate sessions are stored entirely offline on encrypted physical drives. Exactly 14 days after the final edited images are delivered and approved, all raw files, working files, and cloud-delivered galleries associated with the session are permanently destroyed. We retain zero archival copies of your private session.

3. Media Release

For standard nightlife, event, and music video packages, USI-VISION LLC reserves the right to use the resulting media for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and social media marketing. Clients booking fully private/NSFW sessions are strictly exempt from this clause; your images will never be published or shared without explicit, separate written consent.
